Ozzie Rea is a Registered Professional Landman (RPL) who serves as the President of Old Texas Land and Energy Corporation and as the Land Manager for Del Mar Exploration. In 2016 he began developing a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain to execute the events of the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA). In 2019 he partnered with Ziyen Inc. to become the first operator to tokenize a working interest.

In addition to Oil & Gas, Ozzie is a father, a real estate developer, accomplished musician, and a blockchain strategist focused on implementing smart contracts to automate financial events and reduce operating costs.
