Camilo Mejia is an expert in digital engineering and energy security, he founded Enovate Ai in 2020. Enovate Ai’s mission is to advance industries by impacting their bottom line and achieving sustainability via effective, innovative, and advanced digital intelligence in the energy sector.
Camilo has supported the development of the energy landscape and stayed ahead of the industry to better support the global Net Zero goals. Camilo earned a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the Universidad de America and a master's degree in business management from the University of San Francisco. Affiliated with several relevant organizations, Camilo is presently serving as past chair of the board of the geothermal division, and as a member of the drilling advisory committee, for the Society of Petroleum Engineers International. Camilo was recognized for his success with a Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation in 2022 and the E&P Plus' 40 Under Forty Award in 2021 from Hart Energy. He also received a Best Technical Paper from the Society of Professional Well Log Analysts in 2015 and a CMP Best Technical Paper from the Society of Professional Well Log Analysts in 2012. He also received a Forbes recognition for Innovation in 2021.
