Victor Wong is a serial entrepreneur and recognized thought-leader in the Blockchain space. In his current role as Chief Product Officer & Founder at BlockApps, Victor has helped define the STRATO architecture to solve key blockchain issues of permissioning, data privacy, and enterprise-level performance.
Victor is a founding board member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), the world’s largest open standards enterprise blockchain project. He continues to serve on the board with companies like MSFT, Intel, JPM, etc.
Previously, Victor was the Founder & Chief Product Officer of the mobile family startup SmarTots from 2010-2015. SmarTots won the Global Mobile Internet startup award and has millions of app downloads.
From 2007-2009, Victor was also the Founder & Chief Technical Officer of Speak2Me, the largest English language learning social network in China.
