Lynn Rouse is currently a Technology Strategy Manager within Chevron Technology Ventures (CTV) based in Houston, TX. Her key responsibility is developing enterprise technology strategies that strengthen Chevron’s business now and in the future. She is focused on accelerating innovation through investments, research and development, and trials leading to commercializing technology for utilization within Chevron and the broader ecosystem.

Lynn began her professional career joining Chevron in 1997 as a process engineer for the Chemicals Division. She then worked in various operations and commercial roles within the Chevron Phillips Chemical Joint Venture over the next five years prior to joining Chevron Oronite. She has held several technical and commercial roles within upstream and the technical center.
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M. She also received an MBA from Texas A&M University in 2007.
